Real Estate Disclosure

Real estate-related guidance provided through JeffThinksDifferently® is consultative only.

 

All regulated real estate brokerage activities are conducted through properly licensed real estate brokers or agents in the states where services are performed.

 

Where state law requires real estate licensure, brokerage services are delivered exclusively through licensed partners or licensed entities.

 

Where state law does not require licensure for certain advisory activities, services may be provided directly or in coordination with licensed professionals.

Laws governing business brokerage, franchise advisory, and intermediary services vary by state and jurisdiction.
